We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch speaking customer service and sales representative to join our team at Duncan & Ross. As a key member of our multilingual contact centre, you will be responsible for providing seamless 24/7 customer support services to our global clients in the aviation, telecommunications, retail, and other industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in Dutch, both verbally and in writing
  • Utilize computer and literacy skills to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with the possibility of rotational shifts
  • Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program, fully paid
  • Complete a 4-month probation period
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch (verbal and written)
  • Permanent Residence or South African ID holder
  • Computer and literacy skills
  • No criminal record
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of R CTC per annum
  • 40 hours per week, 8-9 hour shifts per day
  • Rotational shifts, including weekend and public holidays
