3. Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

4. Stay up-to-date on interior design trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Visual Merchandising Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement eye-catching window displays, signs, and interior displays that drive sales and engagement.

2. Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

3. Identify and address any damaged or outdated products that need maintenance or replacement.

Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized sales support to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on our products and services.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

3. Achieve monthly sales goals and targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in furniture or interior decorations.

2. 4+ years of experience in Interior Designer & Sales.

3. Strong knowledge of interior design trends, products, and industry developments.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
