The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and performance of the RMC ICT and infrastructure maintenance contractor to ensure the availability and performance targets are met. This includes monitoring the preventive maintenance activities, configuring and managing virtualized environments, and reviewing plans and specifications for roadway Intelligent Traffic System implementation projects.

About the Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of RMC ICT and infrastructure maintenance contractor's activities.
  • Review and analyze data from monitoring and management software.
  • Identify key trends and suggest improvements for the RMC and DR Datacentre environments.
About You
  • You should have a strong understanding of data centre principles, practices, virtualization, and service availability management.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • You should be able to work effectively in a team environment.
