Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Energy Jobline. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day fleet requirements for our Road Transport Fleet, including legal and statutory requirements, vehicle maintenance, servicing, and allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and servicing, including scheduling and coordination with external providers.
  • Develop and implement effective allocation strategies to maximize fleet utilization.
  • Lead the Facilities Team in utilizing the Estates Management System, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on fleet-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements related to fleet operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
