About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of loyalty programs and sales strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective loyalty initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement loyalty programs that drive sales revenue and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loyalty programs.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing loyalty programs and corporate sales.
  • Familiarity with the fuel industry and strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs and team management skills.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to persuade clients.
