Job Objective:

To develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty program that enhances customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement loyalty strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of loyalty initiatives
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and identify new opportunities
  • Analyze customer data to inform loyalty program decisions and optimize results
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • 10-15 years of experience in managing loyalty programs and corporate sales
  • Fuel industry awareness and business acumen
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, team management, and strong sales background
  • Negotiation skills and ability to persuade
  • Advanced MS Office skills
