Event Coordinator Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage event administration, including setting up events on CRM systems and websites
* Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth event execution
* Provide timely and accurate information to attendees, including joining instructions and event details
* Liaise with sponsors to ensure their event collateral and activity requirements are met
* Maintain up-to-date event information on CRM systems and digital platforms
**Event Coordination:**
* Set up events on digital platforms and ensure all event details are accurate and up-to-date
* Coordinate promotional mailings and proofread materials to ensure high-quality output
* Attend events to ensure registration and supplier liaison runs smoothly
**Requirements:**
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM systems and digital platforms
