About the Role

The Business Operations Coordinator will facilitate the CEO's work using high-level communication, organizational, business, administrative, and secretarial skills. This role involves handling diverse tasks and situations, requiring quick learning and flexibility. The coordinator will work closely with the CEO to manage administrative, personal, business, and creative support, maximizing the CEO's time for executive-level duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's professional and personal scheduling.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on tasks and actions.
  • Update and prioritize the CEO's task lists.
  • Deputize for the CEO, making decisions and delegating work in their absence.
  • Assist with personal errands and handle communications between the CEO, senior management, and employees.
  • Collect and present progress reports on projects and initiatives to the CEO.
  • Screen and handle phone calls and communications.
  • Maintain the CEO's contacts and manage internal and external communication.

Educational Qualifications

Possession of a university degree in Business Administration is preferred. A Master's degree in Business Administration is an asset.

Previous Work Experience

Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a CEO-level EA, with overall experience of at least 7 years.
