Operations Coordinator Role: Support the efficient operation of Milaha Offshore & Marine assets, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of business activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  4. Support the development and implementation of business strategies, aligning with company objectives.
  5. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and critical path issues, promoting proactive and informed decision-making.
  6. Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
  7. Participate in periodic business reviews and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  8. Support subordinate staff in their professional development, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or IT discipline.
  • MBA or Masters in Engineering (Preferred).
  • PMP or equivalent qualification.

Desirable Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in a project management environment.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas, Marine, and Offshore Asset Management principles.

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project Management.
  • Oracle Primavera 6 or similar is a plus.
