Manpower Professional is a leading global company specialized in electronics. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our Project team.

Main Duties:

  1. Coordinate administrative functions, including document production, control, and distribution.
  2. Take minutes at onsite meetings and produce high-quality documentation within tight timescales.
  3. Distribute minutes and other documentation according to project communication requirements.
  4. Organize and coordinate project meetings, site access, and calendar requirements.
  5. Maintain project files and help keep plans up-to-date by creating progress reports.
  6. Administer the project filing structure, ensuring documentation is kept in the right locations and tracking and updating document versioning.

To be considered for the role, you must have the following skills and attributes:

  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. A high level of PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Mandatory skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  4. Beneficial skills include Microsoft Access, Project, and Visio.
  5. You should be able to work under pressure, manage your own time, and prioritize tasks for timely completion.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential when delivering documents.
  7. Good planning and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
