Job Description
The Inside Sales Product Specialist plays a critical role in driving and growing Services Sales revenue by selling the value internally and externally. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
About the Role
This is a key position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance demands from multiple partners. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position Dell's products effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and grow Services Sales revenue selling the value internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and customers.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert with Dell's sales organization to help meet and exceed business objectives.
- Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend highly sophisticated alternative technology solutions.
