About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. This exciting opportunity will involve driving continued growth in the region by developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, while maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow client base and service existing client needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prequalify and prepare customer schedules, specifications, and quotations.
  • Work alongside the sales team to ensure accurate and commercially appropriate specifications.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
  • Make suggestions to improve company procedures, particularly those affecting the Sales and Estimating departments.
Requirements
  • GAI Qualification preferred.
  • Good organizer and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer presentation skills essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical knowledge of Hardware (BSEN/ANSI).
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and make decisions.
  • Languages: English, Arabic.
  • Qualifications: Dip GAI preferred.
