**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to meet the hotel's needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure that supply levels are maintained and that procurement activities align with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on procurement activities, including cost savings and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
