
Direct Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Channel Manager to join our Commercial team in Doha, Qatar.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of Direct activities within the assigned Region.
You will work closely with manager digital and marketing and regional teams to develop a digital direct campaign strategy aimed at serving preferential content, fares, products, and features to make QR.com and mobile the customers' preferred booking channel.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the day-to-day digital direct operations of the team are aligned with established processes and timelines.
- Support the implementation of the regional digital direct strategy for the assigned region, providing regionalized inputs and insights to ensure relevance to the market context.
- Work with stakeholders to develop product positioning and messaging for new and current products in terms of price, quality, and specific focus markets.
- Manage the full portfolio of products and define advertising channels, exclusive deals, and preferential inventory in cooperation with revenue management.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with 3 years of managerial experience in E-Commerce.
- Strong experience required in marketing as well as digital.
- Overall marketing fundamentals including brand awareness techniques.
- Excellent English language communication skills – spoken/written.
