About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As an integral part of our administrative function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative support to our team, handling a wide range of tasks and situations with tact and professionalism.
  2. Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, and records of communication to meet the requirements of our Line Manager.
  3. Business Documentation: Provide business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation, and spreadsheet presentation and distribution of such materials.
  4. Confidential Filing: Establish and maintain a confidential filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the Department.
  5. Coordination and Follow-up: Follow up with other sections/departments to ensure that requests are carried out and activities are coordinated.
  6. Office Equipment: Arrange for the required office equipment for new and existing staff.
Requirements

About You:

  • Relevant College or University qualification with 2 years of job-related experience.
  • High School qualification/ Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
