In this role, you will provide administrative support to the department head and contribute to the organization's financial integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience as a secretary, with a minimum of 2 years directly related to Human Resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include providing secretarial services to the department head, consolidating documents, maintaining attendance records, processing leave requests, and drafting internal memos. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing payroll sheets, calculating overtime, and updating leave balances.

You will work closely with the HR Assistant to assist with event coordination and communicate departmental needs and requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
