Job Title: Sales Engineer HVAC

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer HVAC to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Sales Engineer HVAC, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, leveraging your extensive sales experience and expertise in HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for promoting our HVAC solutions, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations to close deals.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, conducting site audits, suggesting improvements, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Market Expansion: Focus on new construction projects and existing installations to drive business growth, aiming to achieve defined sales volumes and expand our customer base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery, regularly updating sales tools and providing accurate forecasts.
  • Long-term Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, staying self-motivated to drive growth in your territory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven success in selling HVAC products, specifically Chillers, CWS (Chilled Water Systems), AHUs, and FCUs in the Qatar market.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop sales strategies, and close deals, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Determined, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred:
  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
