Business Development Manager

As a Sales Manager at Marriott International, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and managing large group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. This includes managing group and catering opportunities not handled by an Event Booking Center (EBC). Your goal will be to maximize revenue opportunities by actively up-selling each business opportunity. You will also be responsible for achieving personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Additionally, you will drive customer and guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer and guest experience. Your role will involve providing service to customers to grow the account on behalf of the company.
