Medical Sales Representative

Rafhealth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Network Expansion: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare experts to promote new products and provide advice on their use.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Marketing: Demonstrate product features to potential customers, prepare and present usage reports and performance analytics, and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research studies to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and competitive activities in the industry.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
- Travel and Representation: Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients, attend sales and medical meetings, and participate in hospital displays.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their applications.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within assigned territory, up to 50% of the time.
