About the Role

Mekdam Holding Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to our departments, ensuring that our Human Resources operations are efficient and aligned with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultant-level support on all Human Resources processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Offer advisory and proactive support to key stakeholders, helping them optimize processes and develop quality assurance measures.
  • Recommend HR policies, procedures, and tools, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Lead and support the Human Resources Team in developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and providing insights to inform management decisions.
  • Analyze KPI results, identifying relationships between matrices and providing data-driven recommendations to support organizational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership to ensure Human Resources operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide advice on best practices, standardization of processes, benchmarking performance indicators, and identifying innovative solutions to address complex human resource management issues.
  • Assist departments in identifying opportunities to enhance operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop systematic processes for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
  • Represent the department in key forums and senior meetings, ensuring compliance with organizational reporting systems.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field relevant to the role.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in the health sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR practices and trends.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
