Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will support organization design, lead talent acquisition and recruitment, facilitate onboarding, and oversee employee relations. You'll be responsible for training, development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to our health, safety, and risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support organization design process in the company
  2. Perform talent acquisition and recruitment activities in the company
  3. Facilitate and monitor onboarding process in the company
  4. Report on training, learning and development in the company
  5. Facilitate training and status report on performance management in the company
  6. Manage employee relations in the company
  7. Facilitate and report on employee engagement initiatives in the company
  8. Report and compliance of policies and procedures in the company
  9. Comply with health, safety and environment policy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • SHRM, CIPD or equivalent (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Labour Law for all operating countries of Asterix Communications
  • Language Proficiency - English (fluent), Hindi (advantageous), Arabic (advantageous)
  • Technical Competencies: Driving License, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Intermediate level, SAP SuccessFactors – HCM modules, Korn Ferry - Talent Q Assessment

Experience

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a multinational firm.
