Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive employer branding and talent attraction strategies with measurable ROI
  • Create all recruiting marketing materials (incl social media, brochures, events, and videos) for recruiting events
  • Creative storytelling that captures real-life, high-impact employee experiences
  • Drive effective social media and employer branding campaigns from start to finish
  • Track and measure metrics, always looking for opportunities to improve and optimize results
  • Research competitor trends and develop key insights/best practices to increase BCG's brand awareness and enhance the candidate experience
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing amongst team members
You Bring:
  • Relevant bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 4 years successful recruitment marketing, branding, and/or social media experience
  • Knowledge of social media mechanisms across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Capacity to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and multicultural environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels
  • Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Recruiting Team, which includes Recruiting Associates, Recruiting Specialists, Recruiting Team Leaders, and the Recruiting Manager. You will regularly interact with candidates, interviewers, as well as the wider HR and consulting team.
