About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our HVAC Aftermarket team, focusing on providing technical support and guidance to our sales team and customers.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC aftermarket products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and project delivery.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations showcasing the benefits of our HVAC aftermarket offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and calls, providing technical insights and answering customer queries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company terms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Provide product training to internal sales teams and external customers.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the HVAC aftermarket, contributing to new sales strategies.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
