Senior Administrative Coordinator Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Abroad Work. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings and appointments, regulating access to senior executives as needed.
  • Organize events and conferences, including logistical arrangements and communication with attendees.
  • Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Collaborate with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries for senior executives, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Requirements:
  • A diploma in Secretarial Studies, Customer Service, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, secretarial, and administrative roles is required.
  • The ability to maintain discretion and trustworthiness is crucial, given the handling of confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are necessary to respond to changing priorities and demands.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are critical to success in this role.
