Guest Experience Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our food and beverage team at City Centre Rotana Doha. As an Assistant Outlet Manager, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business success.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage employee timetables according to forecasts and staffing ratios.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within the assigned outlet.
- Support the Outlet Manager in planning promotional activities, beverage procurement, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with hotel standards.
- Oversee daily operations in line with hotel policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs and propose development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize losses through effective usage.
Essential Criteria:
The successful candidate should hold a degree in hospitality, possess relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, undergo thorough beverage training, be fluent in English, and be proficient in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems.
