Job Summary

Ateca Consulting seeks a seasoned Senior Manager GTB Service and Client Implementation professional to spearhead the implementation of Transaction Services, ensuring seamless alignment with business and customer needs. This key role will oversee onboarding, technical integration, and post-sales support, driving corporate customer experience excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Transaction Services Implementation: Coordinate the rollout of Transaction Services, providing internal training to bank employees and guaranteeing that back office systems have the necessary functionality to deliver services to customers.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from cash management areas, participating in product development from initiation to launch for all transaction banking, electronic banking, and web-based initiatives.
  • System Integration and Support: Ensure that back office systems have the required functionality to deliver services to customers, partnering with relevant system owners (primarily operations and IT).
  • Service and Implementation Strategy: Develop and execute the service and implementation strategy to provide Global Domestic and International Banking customers with the required level of corporate GTB services.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide innovative solutions and recommendations related to GTB to support Global Corporate Banking's growth and strategy.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience, ideally with a highly rated international bank.
  • Critical Skills: Strong understanding of GTB customer needs and expectations, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including report writing.
  • Languages: English (fluency) is mandatory, knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $250,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Ateca Consulting offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and bonuses, aligned with industry standards.
