At MiLaha, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our personnel operations department, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing crews for our offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and vet candidates from international markets to meet crewing requirements for all contracts
  • Conduct technical interviews with candidates to assess their knowledge and suitability for the role
  • Manage the selection and training of personnel to meet mandatory oil and gas marine requirements
  • Arrange security passes, port passes, and certificates required by Qatar Petroleum and manage immigration and visa applications
  • Coordinate emergency and medical treatment situations, including transport and welfare management
  • Issue personal protective equipment and maintain equipment stock
  • Negotiate salary and employment contract details for new and existing employees
  • Maintain comprehensive personnel databases and provide data and metrics for internal and external requests

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of marine trades and offshore operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Shipnet systems
