Responsibilities

We are seeking a Driver/Messenger Coordinator to join our team at Pioneers Trading.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company vehicles are clean and in proper working order, as well as ensuring safe and correct use of vehicles at all times. This role also involves coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment, collecting and delivering internal and external post, and making prompt payments of local bills.

Additional responsibilities include undertaking deliveries of stock items, providing transport for visiting suppliers and guests, disseminating information through various channels, and organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.

Key qualifications for this role include a valid Qatari Driving License with up to 2 years of experience, a good standard of written and spoken English language skills, knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, and a good standard of IT literacy.
