Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and Welcome Guests: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome, answering their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  2. Manage Guest Payments: You will handle guest payments efficiently, accurately, and in line with our cash handling procedures.
  3. Process Reservations and Cancellations: You will manage all reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with other departments.
  4. Build Relationships: You will identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships with them, driving online name mentions and promoting customer feedback.
  5. Understand Guest Feedback: You will analyze online guest feedback and explore options for improvement, contributing to our ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience.
  6. General Office Duties: You will perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have/be:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  2. Attention to Detail: You will have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
  4. Flexibility and Teamwork: You will be flexible and able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  5. Organizational Skills: You will possess proactive and excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  6. Customer Service Orientation: You will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding guest expectations and delivering a memorable experience.
  7. Experience and Qualifications: You will have a minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Professional in the Front Office department of a hotel and knowledge of Opera (PMS).
  8. Language Skills: You will be proficient in Arabic language - speaking, writing, and reading.
