About the Role

Premier Inn Hotels LLC is seeking a talented Hotel Reception Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Front Office department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the front desk team, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service and adhere to company standards.
  2. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase online presence and encourage customer feedback.
  5. Monitor online reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  7. Foster effective communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Evaluate the safety of all guests, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the front desk team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proactive and excellent organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and Arabic language proficiency.
