BMS Channel Manager in Qatar

As a Channel Accounts Manager, Building Management Systems, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in Qatar across the BMS & Controls portfolio. Reporting directly to the Regional Director – Controls MEA, you will be based in Qatar and work within a dynamic team.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and sustain existing channels, working closely with Channel Partners to chase, qualify, and close new sales opportunities. This includes demonstrating expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls and showcasing deep market knowledge of competitors' strategies, products, and services.
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Computer / Electronics.
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in Controls - specifically BMS system within Qatar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
