About the Role

As a Promotion Director-Producer, you will be responsible for creating engaging on-air promotions that drive audience engagement and enhance the viewing experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Programming, and Digital teams, to develop and execute promotion campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute promotion campaigns that drive audience engagement and enhance the viewing experience.
  2. Edit and direct voice-over and audio mixes.
  3. Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing and programming goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum five years' experience as a Promo Producer in the On-Air Department of a National or International television brand.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and editing skills.
  3. Proficiency in Avid, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other relevant software.
  4. A track record of successful promo production.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to live and work in Doha, Qatar.
  • English proficiency; Arabic is an asset.
  • A showreel is required.
