We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team at Canon EMEA. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Management Print Services (MPS) clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous customer handling relations over the phone, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operational requirements and ad-hoc requests of MPS customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review Meetings: Prepare and conduct quarterly/bi-annual MPS review meetings with MPS clients, covering volume utilization, service calls, SLA KPIs, and machine utilization.
- Schedule Management: Maintain the MPS reviews schedule to ensure complete coverage for our MPS customers' base.
- Account Development: Support the Sales team with data, reports, and analysis required to manage their accounts and work on contract renewals.
- Service Delivery: Ensure services are delivered in line with the contract terms, meeting SLA deliverables.
- Incident Management: Monitor and manage incidents and problems to achieve agreed contractual SLA's.
- Communication: Communicate progress to the customer until closure.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve all customer complaints.
- Education: Graduate degree.
- Background: Background within a business-related field (preferred).
- Experience: Working experience of 2-3 years in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and fluency in written and spoken English.
