We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Master Community Coordinator. This position requires a strong background in facility and property management, as well as experience in community management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage our master community according to established guidelines and strategies.
  2. Address maintenance requests for common-use facilities in a timely manner.
  3. Analyze problems and develop improvement plans to enhance site management efficiency.
  4. Implement and enforce rules and regulations set by the Master Developer.
  5. Compile and submit regular reports on community performance.
  6. Negotiate with developers and local authorities on community-related matters.
  7. Prepare and submit budget proposals for community management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Community Service, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in facility and/or property management, including community management.
  • Advantageous: experience in city management organizations.
  • Proven track record in community consultation.
  • Familiarity with real estate operations and city management principles.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in Qatar or GCC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications suite.
