Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Guest Service Agent to join our team at Concorde Hotel - Fujairah. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing accurate and timely information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Offer assistance to guests with individual needs and requests, responding promptly and efficiently to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Verify credit cards for authorization and handle all cash and postings, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Use proper telephone and reservation etiquette, capturing reservations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Remain alert and aware, serving as a role model to other staff members and responding effectively in emergency situations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Basic knowledge of math and ability to perform complex calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Good observation skills, with the ability to detect potential signs of danger or emergencies.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent organization and management skills, with the ability to function well in pressure situations.
