Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service Delivery: Provide help and advice to customers using the club's services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Communication and Relations: Communicate courteously with customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, written reports, and feedback mechanisms.
  3. Problem-Solving and Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Service Quality Improvement: Analyze customer service standards and make recommendations for improvement, ensuring alignment with the club's policies and procedures.
  5. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills among staff members.
  6. Customer Feedback and Retention: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer retention.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Skills: Excellent management and leadership skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
