About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Officer to join our team at Hyatt Regency One of Hyatt's very first brands of hotels and resorts. As a Guest Service Officer, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests through exceptional service, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with registration, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Proactively resolve service-related concerns and provide follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stress-free environment for guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel services and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and care for our guests.
  • International experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.
  • Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
