About the Role

Talent Pal is seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Coordinator to join our team. As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the smooth functioning of the Food and Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department, including handling confidential and sensitive information, managing correspondence, and performing secretarial duties.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, and records of communication to meet the requirements of the department.
  • Business Documentation: Provide business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation, and spreadsheet preparation and distribution of such materials.
  • Project Management: Independently manage multiple tasks and assigned projects while respecting deadlines and ensuring the integrity of all information and data.
  • Communication: Communicate and provide information internally and externally to assist and enable administrative support and effective service to the concerned sections.
  • Record Keeping: Establish a confidential filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the external and internal Department, categorize and maintain manuals, sensitive correspondence, and other source material.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant Vocational, Tertiary, or Trade qualification, Certificate in Computer applications (MS Office), and minimum 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality or food & beverage industries.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ability to maintain confidentiality and self-discipline, motivated, responsible, and focused.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, highly organized, strong interpersonal and team working skills, high level of sensitivity and professionalism, self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal instructions, proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales, and proven problem-solving abilities.
