About the Role
As an Administration Coordinator at Qatar Airways, you will play a vital role in supporting the department's functions and helping us achieve our ambition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, handling a wide range of tasks and situations with tact and professionalism.
- Managing and coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, and records of communication to meet the requirements of the Line Manager.
- Preparing business documentation, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, and ensuring that all files are complete and properly maintained.
- Establishing and maintaining a confidential filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the Department.
- Coordinating with other sections and departments to ensure that requests are carried out and activities are coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs various secretarial and administrative duties to support department functions.
• Manages and coordinates calendars, travel arrangements, and records of communication.
• Provides business documentation support, including report writing and presentation creation.
• Establishes and maintains a confidential filing system.
• Coordinates with other sections and departments.
