Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff in an animal facility environment
  • Ensure sound knowledge and practical experience with laboratory animal husbandry and barrier maintenance
  • Develop and implement effective leadership and team management strategies
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with safe work procedures and OHS training
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of the GCC countries
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in supervising staff in an animal facility environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory animal husbandry and barrier maintenance
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Arab speaking is preferred
