Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize business opportunities and ensure effective implementation of cycle plan activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the trade to secure their active support and maximize volume and in-store presence.
  • Design and execute trade incentive schemes to enhance in-store visibility and awareness for drive brands.
  • Lead the distributor sales force to maximize distribution opportunities and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Ensure BAT distribution objectives on product quality and availability are met.
  • Support Area Manager in supervising and guiding merchandiser activities to maintain BAT in-store furniture in clean working condition and comply with agreed planograms.
  • Negotiate and execute business development agreements with Key Accounts.
  • Oversee market initiatives and projects to ensure their successful deployment, control, and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
