**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administration Specialist to join our team at Management Solutions International (MSI). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award, ensuring that all contracts are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Award: Draft and finalize contracts, agreements, and other documents in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring that all necessary reviews and approvals are completed in a timely manner.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare and finalize contracts, including EPC/Consultancy Agreements, Annual Service Contracts, and Frame Agreements, within stipulated timeframes.
- Contract Administration: Ensure that all contract-related matters are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner during the execution of the project/work.
- Contract Closure: Ensure satisfactory closure of contracts upon project/work completion.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering) in a relevant field is mandatory. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certifications: RICS/FIDIC Certification/Project Risk Management Certification is preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant EPC experience in a similar role, handling at least 3-4 major projects contract matters (multi-tasking).
