About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market analysis, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales software and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
