Strategic Account Renewal Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Renewal Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely renewals for customers in assigned territories.
You will educate customers on business practices and contractual implications, while also ensuring their awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle's portfolio.
Your key objective will be to manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals, as well as identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities.
You will accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in your territory, providing valuable insights to drive growth and success.
