Strategic Account Manager

This role is responsible for executing Key Account Plans as per the Principal strategy and Company guidelines. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering sales budgets on a monthly basis while ensuring the successful implementation of plan-o-grams, secondary placement, and activations within allocated trade spend.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate stock availability in the channel.
- Maintain visibility through effective communication and regular reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies for stock rotation to optimize inventory levels.
- Manage trade spend allocation as determined by the Division Manager.
- Analyze customer sales data, agency/brand performance, and ROI to inform business decisions.
- Provide market insights, including RSP surveys and competitor activity, to support sales growth.
- Lead and guide merchandisers on the retail floor to drive sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent; a University Degree holder is preferred.
- A valid Qatari/GCC driving license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a distributorship/multinational Mobility business is required.
- Previous experience in a similar field or capacity is an asset.
- Demonstrated business acumen, including planning, negotiation, presentation skills, analytical thinking, and influencing abilities.
