About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This role centers on maintaining solid relationships with Government clients and life sciences customers, identifying new business opportunities, growing revenue, and ensuring key clients are satisfied with the services provided.
Main Accountabilities
- This role involves cultivating deep client intimacy to achieve or surpass assigned revenue and growth targets within designated accounts or sales territories.
- The ideal candidate will leverage long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor, offering insights on solutions across various areas, including marketing, market research, sales management, and industry dynamics.
- The successful candidate will proactively discern client needs and collaborate with IQVIA's marketing, sales specialists, consultants, and client service teams to craft and present tailored solutions for complex business challenges.
- This role also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and contract expansions within assigned accounts, engaging with client managers at various levels.
- The Account Manager will spearhead all sales-related activities and serve as the face of the company to clients and vice versa.
- The successful candidate will maintain high customer satisfaction levels by monitoring client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and collaborating with sales management and client service teams.
- They will manage renewals and subscriptions, and contribute to large contract renewal efforts.
