Engineering Documentation Assistant

About the Role: As a Technical Process Coordinator at International Human Resource & Hospitality Services, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams to drive process improvements and optimize operations. Key Accountabilities:
- Accurately record and analyze technical change requests using MS Excel and SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track divisional performance.
- Produce high-quality technical communications and documentation.
- Effectively manage internal and external communications.
- Support the preparation of departmental performance presentations.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with process technicians and engineers.
- Maintain project databases and report weekly highlights.
- Review technical project documents and provide necessary feedback.
- Participate in MOC panel meetings.
- Update the MOC system and develop the MOC dashboard.
- Coordinate panel meetings and address incorrect MOCs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Chemical Process Engineering, SAP certification, MS Excel proficiency, and excellent English and technical writing skills.
Arabic proficiency/typing is preferable.
