Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing documentation, including contracts, reports, technical documents, and other company files.
- Implement and maintain document management systems and processes to ensure efficient workflow.
- Track and update document revisions, ensuring that the most current versions are available to all relevant team members.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure that documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Perform periodic audits to ensure proper document control procedures are being followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document control software and systems (e.g., Procore, Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of document management procedures and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good understanding of document control processes in a project-based environment (real estate, construction, engineering, etc.).
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
