We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Reservations Officer to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless booking experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel products and services.
  2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage services, outlets, and hotel services to promote our offerings.
  3. Understand revenue management strategies and effectively communicate with guests to maximize sales revenue.
  4. Determine guest needs and quote the appropriate room and rate based on their requirements.
  5. Process bookings and amendments to reservations, including extensions and early departures.
  6. Record special billing arrangements for groups and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or in guest services/tele-marketing.
  2. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and be self-motivated.
