Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage front desk operations: Handle membership sales, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

  4. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience: In a customer-facing role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  3. High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
  4. Sales and VIP customer service experience: Preferred.
  5. Luxury Spa/fitness/wellness experience: Or 5-star hotel experience.
